Job location: Natural Blossom store at Fallsview Casino Resort, Unit 253, 6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 7Y6 Skills requirements: good English, customer service oriented, Previous experience in retail sales is required, Previous experience as a supervisor is an asset. Education: Secondary school. Main duties: • Greet customers, • Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff, • Hire and train of new sales staff, • Resolve customer complaints, • Sell merchandise, • Control sales report and order merchandise, • Authorize payments and the return of merchandise, • Keep with Malls' laws and regulations.
