It keeps you high and dry and has comfortable foam cushions. We have camping dishes and cutlery inside. It is suitable for parents with two children maximum (the bunks are great for small children; if you are over 60 pounds you get the bottom bunk:) The dining table converts to a double bed. The trailer uses a 1 7/8" trailer ball which we can lend to you. It has new cushions, new wheels, new axel, and hubs. The new water faucet at the sink hooks to city water with a regular garden hose. The sink empties outside as soon as you open the drain), the electric is 15amp (so it is just like a single plug in your house). The trailer plugs into 15-amp plugs which are available at many campsites and are the normal plugs at your house (we have a converter for if the power supplied by the campsite is only 30amps).
