Our highly respected client has a requirement to bring on an Administrative Assistant to provide support to it's leadership team Responsibilities • Schedule meetings and coordinating agendas • Coordinate offsite department meetings and functions • Coordinate travel arrangements • Onboard new employees and setting up workstations • Finance administration – track and summarize budgets • Data entry (spreadsheets & databases) • Data analysis and spreadsheets development (Intermediate) • Train employees on processes or procedures Qualifications • Post-Secondary Education (College Diploma or University Degree) • Experience handing finance administration activities such as data entry, budget reconciliation, purchase orders, billing, accruals, etc. • Expert MS Outlook Calendar and PowerPoint skills • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills • Advanced archiving, procurement and workflow systems skills • Intermediate Intranet Administration and Courier Systems skills
